For what it is worth, there are bugs already reported : look at <
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?which=pkg&data=vim-vimoutliner&archive=no&version=&dist=unstable>
and bug id 435704 or 451286. Still pending, evolved in march.
