Steve,

The only documentation that I wrote and use for it is on the otl2html page 
I sent earlier. I have extended it a teeny bit and have not documented the 
extra 1 or 2 features because I add them as I need them (I added a file 
include function and program calling for generating menus). I'll update the 
page.

The downside is that those features are just for generating html pages for 
websites.
