[Vimoutliner] error in windows

Hi,

nice to see the web site and the mailing list back :). I'm using vimoutliner
under windows xp with vim 7.1. When I open a .otl file I have this error:

(the message is in french so I try to translate it in english)

I have nothing in my _vimrc file specified for vimoutliner.

Do you see what can be the problem ?
