[Vimoutliner] VimOutliner as a task manager?

Strangely enough... I am. There are also a couple of external tools I wrote 
that reorganize an outline for different focuses. As far as archiving goes, 
I usually have a COMPLETED section and move completed subsections there and 
mark them with <localleader>d
