We don't. I was thinking of taking a look at my otlreorder script and
investigating how hard it would be to rewrite in vimscript. Then outlines
could be reordered at will. Each different reorder would simply rearrange
the main outline itself. Some questions arise about how to
determine/save/restore the desired default view. Hmmm. I'll have to think
about this some more.
