[Vimoutliner] vo 2 msword?

Hi all!

I'm in charge of a biggish and complex document.

- I'd like to work with VO most of the time, and then transfer it into
MSWord (or maybe OOoWriter, not sure yet) for dissemination in a nice
format.
- I would have to transfer it many times, because I'll be getting comments
from reviewers (I'll collect them, copy and edit them in VO, then transfer
back to MSWord or whatever).
- It would also be great to keep the images (less than 20 images) somewhere
outside the document, keeping just the links inside the text, and then
include them somehow (it doesn't need to be too automatic, but I wouldn't
like to have to rescale them everytime if I can avoid it).

Can that be done?  I can keep tags within the outline saying which
paragraphs need to be numbered etc.

[I know I'm not yet explaining what I want too clearly but thing is I don't
know exactly what I'll be doing.  I'll need to experiment a bit and then
frame my question more clearly, I guess.]

I will have to work in MSWindows, I'm afraid.  (Very afraid!)
