This is something we actually cannot do. Vim makes this impossible by the
way it only has one color setting for a closed fold. To fix this, Vim would
have to have individual colors settings for each fold level. When
approached with this feature, the dev community was not interested in it.
We could make our own patch but then we wouldn't be able to use a standard
vim installation.
