[Vimoutliner] otl2lyx.pl lost spaces no longer

Hi 

I looked at the output code in otl2lyx.pl and inserted a line between the 
existing lines 239 and 240:

	print ' ' ;

This seems to have cured the problem and the output line length in the tmp.lyx 
file is now 71 char instead of 70 and the last char is now a space.

I'm not sure if this is the right way to do it, but it's working for me.
