[Vimoutliner] Auto pretty printing from Apache

Great!!!

I waited for such tool a long time.

What about small suggestion?
To add somewhere on top the small buttons to provide expansion to
folding levels 1,2,3,4,...
Or at least "expand all", "collapse all".
