[Vimoutliner] Dead link in help file

Bill,

Thanks for reminding me about the SPAM and dead links. They are on my ToDo 
list.

The spam is a real problem. I can't seem to get PostNuke locked-down enough 
to prevent it. I'll be looking at alternatives over the next week. If 
I can't find anything suitable, I'll just have switch to straight HTML 
pages. The downside of that is that we'll lose a bunch of community 
features.
