[Vimoutliner] Slight error in helpfile, comment spam on vimoutliner.org

Hi all!

This is my first post to the list, so hello and thanks very much for
VimOutliner. 

I just wanted to pass on a couple errors in the current helpfile
(0.3.4), and I apologize if these have already been noted.

CAUTIONS!!! doesn't seem to have any cautions. Which is encouraging, I
guess.

ADVANCED VIMOUTLINER. To use executable lines, it's still suggested
that you "insert the following code into your $HOME/.vimoutlinerrc
file," except that no code follows. I was disappointed by that the
first time around, but I just found out today that these executable
lines must be automatically implemented by now, because I used ,,e and it
worked.

Finally, the link given for the mailing list (http://www.lists.vimoutliner.org/) doesn't work. Fortunately I was able to find this list (http://www.lists.vimoutliner.org/mailman/listinfo/vimoutliner) through the vimoutliner.org website.

On another note, I recently checked the comments for the colorscheme tweak I 
posted on vimoutliner.org

and there seems to be a bit of a noxious spam problem.

Anyhow, thanks again for the great program, and sorry I couldn't find
a particular maintainer email to send this to. (I'll be embarrassed if
it's in the help file...)
