[Vimoutliner] finding problem

Hi Guys,

I'm using VO on linux at home, and windows at work.
I've installed a few other plugs of late, utl, mkd things like that,
and the checkbox in VO no longer works.

filetype=vo_base
outline colouring works fine

I have vimoutlinerrc and it is sourced from _vimrc, it includes the line
let g:vo_modules_load = "checkbox

what is
let g:vo_modules2_load = "checkbox

" Common Plugins
"so $VIM/vimfiles/plugin/vo_checkbox.vim
"so $VIM/vimfiles/plugin/vo_hoist.vim

as advised in the windows installation instructions does not work, it
produces errors.
