[Vimoutliner] It's not easy seeing green

I get "Sorry, no help for vo-color" when I do that. Nor do I see an
entry when I do :he vo.
I'm using the Debian package vim-vimoutliner 0.3.3-6.
I take it the color is vo-specific.

Thanks for your kind offer. I'll see if I can manage with just one
tweak.
Perhaps the default should be changed?
