[Vimoutliner] It's not easy seeing green

I find the coloring of body text (the stuff after :) as light green very
hard to read.  I'm not color-blind as far as I know.  I'd like it to be
something with more contrast (against the white background), maybe a
dark green.

Is this color specific to vo, vim, or my distribution (Debian)?  How do
I change it?  I'm not very familiar with customizing vim.
