[Vimoutliner] otl2html script

Noel,
Call me a dweeb, but I got it to work...I just referenced the script using
the alias command in my .profile file. I'm not sure if that's how it
supposed to work (and probably not) but it working now. If you have a heads
up on why it wasn't working, I'd like to know.
